While some Limbic Cloud services allow you to log in with your Limbic Cloud Email Address, this is just a convenience. All services actually want your Limbic Cloud Username.
What’s one of those?
Your Limbic Cloud Username is that name we know you by. For your main account, this is almost certainly just the first part of your domain name, for example:
My Limbic Cloud Website is https://www.example.co.uk
which makes my domain name example.co.uk
(remove http://
or https://
and www.
). This means that my Limbic Cloud Username is example
.
For your Secondary Email Account your Limbic Cloud Username will be your local part (that part before the @ sign), followed by a dot, followed by your main account name, for example.
My Secondary Email Account address is fred@example.co.uk
, we already know, from above, that my main account name is example
, and my local part is fred
which makes my Secondary Email Account fred.example
.
